Did you receive this email? To confirm your student's request to connect, click on the “Complete Your Profile” button at the bottom of the email to complete your profile and create a password.
1. Fill in your information and create a password. Click “Update Profile.”
2. If prompted, create a 4-digit pin that will be used to verify your identity should you need to contact us. Not all universities have a PIN enabled, so you may or may not need to create one. You can also review the records your student has granted you access to.
NOTE: If your student has not granted you access to all records, you’re welcome to check the boxes in the column “Requested” and request additional information from your student.
Click “Continue to Onboarding.”
3. Tell us about yourself by completing the onboarding survey. Your responses will help us create an experience customized to your interests.
4. Now that you have confirmed your student's request to connect, please wait 24 hours for your student’s information to be updated in the portal.
After that 24 hour period, you can check your student's information by clicking on the Graduation Cap icon in the top right corner of the portal. A drawer will drop down with a button that says "Go to my connections." Click the button to go to the Connections page.
Moving forward, you’ll be notified any time your student's record is updated or new student data becomes available.
