NOTE: If you do not see a Graduation Cap at the top of your screen, your student's college/university has not enabled this feature. This article is only applicable if there is a Graduation Cap icon at the top of your screen.
To connect with your student, log in to the portal and click the Graduation Cap shown below.
On the Student Connection Page, enter your student's college or university email address and select your relationship. Below will be a list of the academic and financial records you may request access to.
You may either click "Request everything" for all available student data, or individually select which records you'd like to request access to. And don't forget to press "Connect to Student!"
Your student will receive an email detailing your permission request. You'll receive an email notification if your student approves your connection request and/or grants permission to view aspects of their student record.
Moving forward, you’ll be notified any time your student's record is updated or new student data becomes available. You can also check your student's information by visiting the portal and clicking on the Graduation Cap.
