Why can’t I see my student’s grade information?

NOTE: If you do not see a Graduation Cap at the top of your screen, your student's college/university has not enabled this feature. This article is only applicable if there is a Graduation Cap icon at the top of your screen.

Final grades are typically posted at the end of the semester, or whenever the student information system is updated with new grade information.

If your student has granted you permission to view grade information, you'll get an email notification any time new student grade data becomes available!
